Yes! DON'T USE THE EMULATOR! I'm sorry for shouting... ...but i tried to make this clear at least half a dozen times: The emulator sucks! It's ok for simple GUIs but it's an epic fail when it comes to OpenGL. It's buggy, really really slow and doesn't support ES 2.0. It just sucks! Don't use it! Never! Every current device runs circles around the emulator.
