my question is :
1- how to exp the Ogre3D's format. or which plugging i need to download?
2- what is the format name of the Ogre3D's format ???

for 3dsMax I would suggest OgreMax. For Blender, I'm not a Blender user, check the wiki (http://www.jpct.net/wiki/index.php?title=Exporting_from_Blender_to_Bones)

Ogre3D format ;)

it can be in both binary and xml form and both forms are convertible to each other. Bones only accepts xml form.
