jPCT is a 3d engine. It has nothing to do with sound. However, i've uploaded the sound stuff that i've once written. It's not very well documented, but it isn't really complex to use. It supports JavaSound and OpenAL via LJWGL. Get it here: http://www.jpct.net/download/misc/sound.zip (http://www.jpct.net/download/misc/sound.zip)
