    I am new to bones and I have downloaded and run your demo ninja project. It's cool!
But Now I have to ask some "stupid" questions cause I really lost :
    1) where and how you get the "ninjia.groups.bones" file?
    2)I really hope you can make a simple tutorial document about the whole flow of using bones.

I am really sorry for my "useless" questions, but I really feel confused because I have try to learn or understand "Ogre3D" or "OgreMax" the
whole day. And I really donnot how to use "Ogre SDK".......God, I am crying for help
